I know this is something @Brandon Turner espouses and tells the story of how just this tactic, at church no less, helped him snag a pretty good property (the 24 unit, I think).And thinking back, it's wild that Brandon was the one to promote this considering how legendarily introverted he describes himself as. 

I am expecting some huge promotions to get people in casinos while we are there. 

I can’t self promote here, but we had a cabin called Moonshine Manor that did about $22K a year.

I should also mention I currently make about 30k/yr at my two W2 jobs and am actively working on increasing that (I'm up for a promotion at my full time job that I'm interviewing for sometime this week).

Why would you think a stock investment firm would write an article promoting real estate investing? 

. $500 (due to a promotion I received) and in addition we have regularly paid anywhere from $30-$150 extra principle a month when we can- because I am SO desperate to pay our mortgage off before we are 60!

You make enough money at your main income so that you're willing to work a second job, and pay your employer for the privilege, because you think you have a chance for your own parking space and a promotion...which would mean more work on your part, but...
