But, if you enjoy the smell of money, ......I'd guess that similar to a house radiating the stench of cat piss a house that perpetually smelled like farts would have the "Smell of money" odor to it.Now this is assume the source of the farts could be identified and eliminated.

If anyone is thinking like a homeowner in this scenario its the person who is leveraged to the max in non diversified property thinking it is going to appreciate in perpetuity.  

Why I want it addressed and restricted is because the neighborhood has plenty of perpetual garage sales that don't get torn down even though the goods are soggy with pacific northwest rain.
