They hand out buzzers with papers for people to fill out if they want to be part of the REIA, and when their buzzer goes off, they go out of the room to sign up.  

I have about $350 into this marketing strategy so far including the program (monthly,) lists, marketing supplies (envelopes, stamps, yellow paper, pens, etc.)

After potentially finding a deal how do you lay out a deal on paper to a partner?

@Aditya Maini For me, I wouldn't invest in a rural condo unless my ROI is at least 25% a year, allowing me to recoup my initial investment in less than 5 years on paper.

@Bo GoebelIf you have everything in line (meaning the construction budget, the contractor that's approved, the inspectors etc...) not to mention the regular loan papers,you should be able to close that 203K in 30-45 days. 

Webster defines investing as "expending money with the expectation of achieving a profit".

Tell them to come get their junk and sign the papers NOW .

So, I've owned a residential property management company since about 2000 and when I started it was literally with paper, pencil and Excel.

When I show the property I don't even have paper applications.
