I think we find it more offensive in Section 8 of course because it's government funded but the truth of it is, you may be dealing with it anywhere.I have several tenants who likely have boyfriends living with them and as long as they aren't an issue, I don't make it an issue either.  

But if you want to use them, but have some serious offense, ask them about it.  

I look at the sex offenders age, when the offence was, is it a repeat offense, and what is was.

I mean no offense, but your post made me laugh.Assuming that you are not being sarcastic, evictions in some areas can be challenging.

Mine said she inspected but did not-that was a terminal offense.

My guess is county jail for that length of sentence, just need to find what county his offense was.
