I have a build to rent property, the cash flow numbers aren't great but it's a great tenant and super low maintenance and head ache early on.

Send a check to cash (these days it’s all ACH) but usually super easy.Just gotta figure out what is right for you.

Tenants can pay online (via ACH is free but there is a fee if they use a Debit or CC) and they can see their rent account online.

Insist on ACH transfer to your bank.

They can mail checks on a schedule or transfer funds via ACH, if that's an option.
