On the bridge side we are pulling back a little bit on LTC/ARV and being a little pickier on quality of borrower, but still full steam ahead. 

Most ibuyers are still going full steam ahead.  

This means if the US economy continues full steam ahead with the same inflation rate, interest rates will need to be higher than inflation (currently around 10% annualized).

We also had to remove all of the subfloor and on-slab insulation and had a delay in being able to repair the slab after moving the plumbing fixtures.Item #2 was steaming right along, until someone in the City water and sewer department remembered that they might want to place a water lift/pump house on the land-locked lot.

Renovating a house for rent, would you keep or replace the steam radiators?  

Even though carpets are professionally steam cleaned between tenants it is not unusual for someone who does not have a pet to walk in and comment about a pet odor (and this does not have to be from animal "accidents"; but simply from a pet living in the area.)Ironically I do animal rescue myself (cats and dogs) so no carpet in my house! 

The moisture from the dishwasher steam is causing the particle board to beeakndown.

Aparrently, the day before I got into Wholesaling full steam was the day of the last meeting!

I'm hoping to use the income as a launch pad into RE investing.I have an understanding of the Charlotte, NC market as well as the Blue Ridge/Western NC market, and I'm hoping to invest in some rental cabins up there as well once I pick up some steam in FL.I look forward to meeting some of you and continuing my learning here!
