All other companies give you a 10 year manufacture warranty (if that much).

The thing I hate about construction (yes, even our "manufactured homes" have construction, when they are moved to a new, permanent lot), there all so many unknowns, and things that change on the spot, no matter how much research is done.  

This is a manufactured home on 2.5 acres which we will live in.

Also, they were the only manufacturer I saw that offers a 10 year warranty on both the motor and the basket for their washers.

Regardless if it's technology, real estate, manufacturing, etc.Please elaborate on this as I want to know if I've been wasting my money incorporating in other states.Thanks,Alex

Aloha John,There are a number of prefab home manufacturers in the US, and the V2 Flats are actually the name of one line of products (search Google).

Aside from that i'm involved with a few engineers in a startup servicing the Midwest in regards to a more efficient manufacturing process (I don't want to disclose too much information just yet!)

Anyone planning to put a tiny home on any property in California should be aware of the latest clarification issued by the State which include very strict definitions of what a tiny house is, its size, how its manufactured, building standards, maintenance, location...The state plans to enforce and prosecute "pursuing the appropriate legal remedies to terminate sales, rentals or occupancies."
