I would not go with a brokerage whose main focus is SFR.

For the last year wages have been growing faster than inflation, but by purposely selecting the right time period including 2021 and 2022 you can make it look like the wages are going down, while the trend has been going the other direction for over a year. 

However my main question is what service can I use to report their rent regardless of tenant participating or not.

Suited homes are about $450+K looking at some PM companies, you'd get about $2K in rent for the main floor and $1.2K for the basement.I also have places in BC.

That's the main reason why I wouldn't worry if there were no hits in the first two days.
