In the end, it's really about having the patience and the mindset to keep showing up without expectations.Early on, I was all in, invested in every decision they made, and then I'd watch them pick something like a cul-de-sac home that's going to appreciate slower, and I’d think, “Why not consider a property with more built-in equity?”

Cleaning fees and other line items are revenue; its just a way of parsing out revenue to try to reel in customers. 

I don’t personally invest in these neighborhoods but hear from my peers the amount of trouble they have absorbing their newly built apartment building and concessions they must offer to keep up with their competitors.
