I too, work full-time.That aside, the poor decisions, non-responsiveness, exorbitant repair charges, lack of detailed answers to your inquiries, etc. are each potentially deal-breakers on their own but collectively, I'd absolutely be be jumping ship if it were my property.I haven't yet changed PM's or term'd a PM agreement so I cannot speak to the specific legalities but would certainly assume that if I were in your shoes, I would shop around NOW!

For example, a servicer may be required to have recorded phone conversations kept on file, they have time limitations in answering inquiries, records of borrower interaction are required and the note holder carries the liability for compliance. :)

My score is 640ish because I have multiple loans on multiple properties never late, several hard inquiries, because new rules on commercial loans require banks to pull your credit every year and I use several different small banks because I shop thier terms and price and have hit thier lending limits per customer on a couple.
