It can be for many reasons, including the market, location, condition, and many other potential influences on the value, or a buyer's desire or interest in owning the property.

It is meeting people face to face and having a conversation with them and I get most of my business through my circle of influence.

It's a fuzzy idea, at the moment, but the way data is interpreted and the way it is delivered to you can heavily influence your real-life business decisions on the seller's front.

Influenced.. by a certain local guru who I won't name, but Preston's whole "wholesaling is dead" marketing campaign was pretty stupid IMO.

AAGLA was apparently the source of a significant part of the money HJTPA used to get Prop. 13 passed, but their influence has been decreasing.
