Perhaps getting him out will be as easy as calling Immigration!!!

We want to encourage homelessness, drug use, illegal immigration.  

I believe we need "MORE" immigration, just not illegal immigration.

Tell that to the millions of immigrants who risk life and limb trying to get to the "Land of the Free" for economic reasons.

Texas is a good state to invest in not because of lack of state tax, but because it has net immigration, diversification of its economy away from oil & gas, property price recovery from the 1980s S&L crisis (mostly DFW and Houston), relocation of corporate headquarters to Texas, and low overall cost of state government.

I was wondering if it is even possible ?

Possibly with a ITIN number ?
