In Ontario someone figured that paying a welfare recipient's rent for them is a violation of human rights.

Most people would agree that a human life is sacred and carries a higher value than almost anything else on earth.

We use Habitat for Humanity Restore stores almost exclusively.  

(this assumes you have good tenants)Giving up a late fee from time to time is a small price to pay for having a harmonious relationship with your tenants.Act human and you often get it back in return.If they are bad tenants and always late etc, get rid of them and find good people.

I challenged the OP to follow through and report back however it appears he vanished, It's funny to me because much of what I do and how I profit is based on the human nature and lack if follow through.

Is he/she unwilling to spend anything on his properties because he/she is out of balance and won't respond to basic human safety concerns?

I was going to call the humane society but the tenant came and picked him up that night.But this cleaning company did a tremendous job.

Investing is really a numbers game, with the variable of the human element thrown in (i.e. crazy tenants and contractors).

The time, expense, and human resources devoted to complying with the tax code would all reduce the productive capacity of the economy.The price of everything would have to be raised at every level of production to cover the cost of income taxes: The farm supply store employees, the farmer, the grain silo operator, the miller, the baker, the bread wrapper manufacturer, the grocer, and the transportation workers at every step in the process would all have their income and payroll taxes covered by the higher price of bread.

I think it is more of a pride thing...How long until all humans decide to give up driving their own car and get rid of that whip they worked hard for??
