I have the reserves to sit in this thing for over a year + all of my expenses as a human, but I want to move into one room and rent the others out for ~$500/month as they do in it's market. 

Another detail is that it's a habitat for humanity home (still trying to figure out exactly what that means).My questions are;- How does the habitat for humanity issue affect the foreclosure deal?

Tax assessor doesn't see the AVM BUT HOWEVER they have an AVM tool and human appraisers, appraiser does see the tax assessment - which may not have bearing on current value as is set from value when you purchased.

I know of folks who have LTRs near bodies of water (Mystic, Goshen etc) and I’ve looked into it but not nearly enough to provide any sort of advice.

Above everything I have already stated, it's also home to The Ohio state university, headquarters for L-brands (Bath and Body Works, victoria secret, and Pink), White castle, Wendys, and the new Chipotle headquarters is being finished up downtown.  

Our systems have the limit printed on each WO but that doesn't take care of human error. 

and, its just human nature - nobody wants to feel used. we have a massive abnd growing issue of people hating LLs... 

Its possible to be a decent human *and* make money  also, i would never hold someones item "hostage" to get back rent.
