Is this really that odd of a habit in today's digital world?

Thankfully no Individuals or cabins were harmed but a few fences were destroyed.

So, while there may be a delayed payment, we believe the vast majority will pay because they know even a late payment will harm their credit for years.

Obviously no one would want to make that a habit it but it was a good point that I will weigh out should I need to evict as a fairly new investor.

Can’t let the hype be this big, there’s too many other things that will harm people if we focus on one problem.

My suggestion -- not my reasoned legal advice, merely a suggestion -- is that landlords should not make motions based on 'economic harm' unless they are prepared to back up, in detail, the nature and extent of both the harm and the urgency.

I have the normal clauses in our rental agreement and with my property manager, but from what I am reading I could still be liable for not verbally offering habitable housing.  

Good habits, finanically, continue to be the key as always.Regardless, I've asked the team to change our entire content calendar to react swiftly to this disease.
