My experience is that the appriaser's tend to watch their P's and Q's more than others because having that FHA designation is like printing money these days.The last FHA appraiser I met told me " you can't influence this appraisal". while I tried to hand him my hand picked comps.

Find an area where many investment property companies do business like in ohio, florida, memphis, atlanta etc. these companies have plenty of investment properties ready for sale - rehabbed, tenanted and managed by their handpicked property management firms- complete with comps as to ROI, COC etc. buy 5 each from 4 competing investment companies and walah, you have 20 properties just like that!!
