I spent 25 years at my laptop, so I'm looking to do something more hands-on.An idea that hits the sweet spot—it's more hands-on, it's related to my interests, I can use my previous experience—is to start a business helping Raleigh-area MTR (and possibly STR) owners set up their rentals.

I decided fine, I was just going to wallow for the next couple weeks, aided by fact everything was people running around in total panic and freaking out as well, every way a person turned it was nothing but doom and gloom, as if I needed to jsut pick out a nice spot, dig my plot and lay down for final life retirement.   

I just don't know where that stops or where that ceiling stops, but because it's still so new, there's probably going to be a lot of money moving into that area as a new vacation spot. 

I'm the Johnny on the spot guy if there is any small inconvenience come up for my guests. 

Midwest sounds like the spot to be.

My investments in Wisconsin this year have been a bright spot, with that said I don't think it persists.

The surveyor will bury survey pins if they're not already there and often mark the spots with stakes or flags for easy use.
