I just went to a 3 day seminar held by Christopher McClatchey called Real Wealth- The Power of Zero in Orlando FL. I

I am at the PHX airport right now and flying to Philadelphia, then to Puerto Rico until next Tuesday 5/24.

Houses have been flying off the market so it's crucial to have a good network of people.  

I stay in touch with all of the pretty actively and I visit them all when I fly out as I plan on purchasing four houses per year out there for the foreseeable future. 

I would tell her that you are flying out to manage it.

Investors from all over the country are flying in to speak or attend, and of course there's going to be a ton of local investors there also that you will be able to network with...

Tell them that you are flying in over the weekend and would like to visit the property.

Having only lived in the JC Waterfront, I am only familiar with supply and demand around here, and as I am sure you know, properties are flying off the MLS faster than they are going on. 

Skip this guy and move to the next one who passes with flying colors. 621 isn't an awful credit score, but it isn't very good, either.

I think I have now found 2 with whom I could work for property management, but was cautioned that to fly down the houses may be gone by the time I get there so I haven't actually made arrangements with a local realtor yet.
