New faces were EVERYWHERE and it quickly became a head shaking exercise weekly as we had max bids (and if anything, you'd think an experienced person could go a bit higher than a newbie) since almost certainly we could get it done for less and I was still part time then, even the full timers who could knock em out real quick and efficiently were amazed at how high so many went, there was NO WAY there was profit there.I did the same thing, moved upmarket, but if it weren't for years of experience and years of reading about what those buyers want, not just in near perfect quality, or perfection on the high end, but also the features they want.

Just for some background info......the only reason I started and own Skip Genie now is because I specialized in highly distressed vacant properties and learned the ins and outs of how to efficiently find and contact the owners/heirs and then be able to close on them.

She started out great but this last year has been hell trying to get correct rental income..constantly trying to get her to communicate with me etc. every month for the last year I ask why I’m not getting paid the balance in the ledger and she always says it’s because some of the funds are advanced rent payments that I won’t get till the next month…been going on awhile.

They should have clearly communicated to you what work required permits and that they could get those or not but the choice would be yours and that you would bear the cost implications either way.

The reason those locks charge monthly is because there's an ongoing upkeep cost to maintain the software and communications network that are essential to being able to program the lock remotely.

However, I have reached out to and interviewed several PMs, and there seems to be a big communication issue - a large number of them are unresponsive, replying w/ pertinent info days after they said they would - if at all.
