just wondering about cash payments for renters. i heard about the way they can deliver the cash to the 711 etc. do you think thats an entry point for people doing illegal things to come to your building. although you should still screen tenants . is there anyway to track where the cash is coming from??

Don't expect them to deliver you a 10 cap deal in a 4 cap market.

In other words, over the next couple weeks or so, however long it takes for mail to be delivered to me, I'll be receiving checks made out to me personally, daily.

The "value" it supposedly delivers is getting someone money for their house fast.

It's about the deals and your track record and their confidence in you to deliver as promised. 

They still need to deliver you a clean title free of all liens.

From what I have found, there are some good ones out there, but you have to be ready to deliver if they send you a solid deal.
