They started getting lazy, entitled, whiny, and expecting me to cave on stuff.

In your opinion, would it be better to put a few extra dollars together to do a man cave/family room in the basement or fence in a portion of the backyard for some private outdoor living space?

Hey Guys ....One of my vacant properties had its Furnace & HVAC units taken, along with caving in the sliding glass door, etc....

The plumbing was taken out of it, roof caved in, windows boarded,etc. 

Either create more ORLighting - 4 cans in every roomLiterally zero lights in the family2 cans in the kitchenZero cans in bedroomsScrap the vanity tops - replace with quartzPaint window trims replace lighting switches If you can - get rid of the tile in the cave shower, that's very old school lookingWhere's the backyard pics??????

They made some good money and bought a house in Cave Creek to come back to.

In short we don't need a warm water bidet.the one's on the turning the valve pipe infer that this is possible which is a delight to hear.
