I am about to embark on my very first BRRRR project and will definitely need to build a team to get this and future BRRRR projects done.

I haven't seen what they are advertising but there is definitely a much higher rent with them. 

That scenario definitely has more risk, mostly because the buyer has nothing to fall back on. 

Definitely is more work to get things set up however.

I definitely made sure they had proper and legit iscensed and insured.

Yeah I definitely interested in networking with people in my area doing the same things. 

Definitely a perspective I had not considered! 

Urban areas like Austin and Dallas definitely have strong growth potential and thriving job markets, but the suburbs and smaller towns are also worth exploring.

The notice of defaults is definitely something to consider and you point out one of my worries is having the buyer be good with the terms initially but later on fall through.Thanks for sharing your experience and I will be very cautious of these offers.
