That said I would spring for the connection if that was the only issue.  

We meet every month, and are in constant contact with these individuals, in business relationships going a lot deeper than that.The second way is to contact a large group of people with the understanding that only a few will result in “deals”.  

Each side of the duplex has access to the basement but below everything is connected together and I want to make sure no side has access to each other.
