The sweet spot in my opinion is $1250- $1500 per month.Relatively low amount of time and management.

What I've enjoyed about working with RTR is the fact that they are completely independent of all these parties and they can offer me unbiased opinions on different investment locations & properties as there are many different builders/sellers to choose from. 

Any thoughts or opinions on doing something like this?

(And yes, Scottsdale is an awesome area for STRs in my opinion, if you can find the right price point.)

@Jay HinrichsReminds me of the cereal companies creating the nutrition / food pyramid.Of course they are gonna have an opinionated pieceI agree in vacation / beach areas they are great but once you start getting into true residential neighborhoods I can see them being very problematic

I want to schedule a consultation with them to find out more and how much it costs but thought I would get some opinions here first.
