We have looked high and low for a nice LVT (knowing it’s the most durable and waterproof) in our cottage by the beach, but there has Been nothing that we’ve even somewhat liked, the tones just haven’t worked.  

I also found a number of properties with SFH structures that were zoned for an additional building (could be good for a granny flat/rental cottage).

With a channel manager, you may be able to get on Google.com, depending on the one you choose.I want to add that my property is also rented out with a Main House, a main house with cottages, and just the cottages.

On higher-end properties, we would put together a gift basket with local cheese and crackers, some fruit, and discount tickets to a local attraction (one per guest).

There are plenty of areas around here in Fort Lauderdale where you can find a house with a cottage in back, or a studio off to the side, etc.

We leave a welcome gift that is a sample of cheeses, breads, crackers and a bottle of wine from a local restaurant in the area that serves charcuterie boards and drinks. 

I moved out of the sf bay area (redwood city) two years ago, to Portland, but I've recently heard really good things about the ADU startup cottage.
