It all depends on the culture of the area as well as the school itself.

I was just wondering since there seems to be this tenant vs landlord culture.

It's a highly driveable vacation market and so far we haven't seen any reduction in bookings even though the contemporary idea is "vacations are the first thing to go in a recession." 

And yeah, they are really good, with strong Hockey culture in general. 

I'm not being factious, I'm just genuinely curious what this "add value" looks like in todays web culture.

While on vacation I'm also willing to sacrifice some space on a temporary basis if I get walkability, views and a great recreational and cultural experience in return.
