Less competition?

Such leases may contain provisions such as options to purchase, covenants not to lease space to tenants that would cause competition to a particular tenant, longer terms, expansion provisions (giving tenants rights to expand into additional space in the future), and sublease arrangements with subtenants.

Over the years it has gotten more competitive but I have expanded to other Ohio markets and have gotten into strategies that produce more revenue, like Airbnb

Portfolio capital markets have improved dramatically this year and are more competitive than Q3/Q4 last year.

If you comp set is offering that amenity and you are not, then you are likely at a competitive disadvantage.

I hope it sells for that but the competition in that area is quite high.
