Most times there are but walk through bedrooms and miniscule kitchens may be deal breakers.

It's not a deal breaker for me but just something I may start calculating into my numbers.  

Best case is 35-40k with a comp breaker.

But now I wonder- would this be a deal breaker for a potential buyer, since it’s functional?

However I thought I would toss this up and see if anyone has a theory as to the issue and possible severity.I believe the house was built in 1961 and it looks like they had the fuse box switched over to a breaker panel in 2002.
