Just like we didn't know the world would shut down 7 months ago, and be changed forever.  

Hi BP community,I was recently driving for dollars when I went past an old church turned dance studio near our city's downtown area.

The courts are starting to hear cases around here (Finger Lakes), starting with evictions that were served before covid shut them down.

@Frank Nguyen Unfortunately, you can’t shut off a tenant’s utilities.

At this time quite a few our tenants are on some kind of unemployment due to the shut downs and lack of tourism here in the islands (which hopefully will bounce back soon).

Heck, you could be a month into the job and then find out the manufacturer had to shut down for COVID and you won't receive doors for another 3-4 months.

Also spending more time at home seems to have resulted in more people wanting to find a new home.In Canada we have a similar demographic, low interest rates and have seen places selling a lot faster in the last few months because things were shut down for a while. 

The property out in Mass is a small store with a garage,a small space that a church rents, and two units above.

However Waco, Tex is sprinting into mf shortage, and it is outside of the box that will shut down again if deemed necessary alleviating any worry of no pay/no eviction, entry barrier is slightly less if you keep an ear to the ground on anything selling.
