Home inspection showed that the house has good bones, it's in a GREAT location, and it's multi family with fantastic rental potential....but...roof needs replacing, cloth wires, cast iron piping, and an exterior stair/balcony structure needs replacing.

I considered pouring self-leveling cement and proceed with LVP as planned, but I wonder if that would cause the issue when we fix the foundation and possibly re-joist?

The loft is also super primitive and obviously not up to code (not attached to the wall, steep stairs, etc.), but they're counting the sq. ft. of it towards the total sq. ft. of the condo- That's not right, is it?

Basement and attic both have super steep stairs and I would recommend anyone use them.
