There are some people that have been burned bad by investing in Detroit and some only invest in Detroit because they've done so well.

If you continue to "train" you are only burning time because it feels productive (like in a W2 job), but if you aren't getting results, what's that worth?

I’d be burning up that phone line and telling him/her they need to dot whatever i’s they need to cross tomorrow because it’s going to get done.

My response was a short “what part of you aren’t ready for this did you not understand” and some tsk tsking but my real message to them was that these children will never feel unloved, unwanted or a burden.

Hey here’s my take on it from buying some cheaper stuff out of state and getting semi- burned.  

I have a burning desire to be a successful wholesaler and I want to get my first deal done ASAP.
