@James Syed I've found that Zillow is pretty good at estimating rents and prices in the local area, but Trulia is best for statistics, schools, etc.

Rents climbed 3.2 percent last year, the most since 2008, according to Bureau of Labor Statistics data.

Although I did not know Beverly, we had some mutual contacts in Memphis, my regards go out to her family.Naturally, in situations like this, the statistics are worse for females.

Before you cross that line risk and boldness are required.
