I think I would cut the taper off the edge of the sheetrock panel to get a square edge, apply white adhesive caulk to the now-square edge of the sheet and then press it tightly into the now-textured corner before putting the screws in.

You can have them Press 1 if they're in foreclosure, and they could listen to you talk about what you can do for them in foreclosure...2 for junk properties....3 to buy properties...etc...etc..It's good because it also tracks all incoming calls even if they hang up, at least that way you'll have their phone numbers to call them back.

As for Prognosticator Preston, he may get some free press out of his predictions however I prefer to get my information from more trusted sources that are really in the real estate business doing deals who can support their predictions with solid data.

at Coldwell Banker Commercial - we press for exclusives - over 80% of our commercial business listings - are exclusives.if the selling agent doesn't have an exclusive, then yeah, he wants the info to go through him and he wants to know so that if the deal goes anywhere, he gets paid.personally, i think that any owner who cuts out a broker knowingly, is doing something that's really not right.then again, as an agent - i'm really not interested in getting open listings.
