Maybe that is not the case todayIn general, I believe the problems with the tankless are due to not descaling.  

I have been with several myself and I believe I have found the one that fits my needs with training and support.

Given the strong local market, holding onto the renovated home and aiming for appreciation could be wise, especially if you believe it will outpace your short-term costs.

Do you believe it would be wiser than to put your second investment property you purchase into an LLC? 

I believe if I can’t qualify it’s still a benefit for me to be able to save more money and better prepare myself! 

Hi @Suhaib Rehman,I don't believe John has been active on BiggerPockets for some time now, but the Cape Coral market, and a few others surrounding, are certainly still feasible for investment purchases depending on your strategy and investment parameters.

I am biased but a HUGE believer in the house hack model.

They are the one advising her to switch from 401(k) to RE and she agrees as she doesn't believe stocks are going to get her to retirement at this point.

I would love to say more but people wont believe the truth, they will only believe what they think is true.
