I believe transparency is important for trust and accountability.Your PM is allowed to add a fee to the invoice, but only if it is disclosed in your contract.

@Syed Lateef I guess if you bargain a bit ABT would be a good bet but I find it hard to believe they have the best pricing.

After living in it for 1-2 yrs, I believe I can rent for 2600-2850. 

For a furnished MTR I believe we're at roughly $3,000.

It sure seems like someone in the media world wants you to believe it. 

I believe for an additional fee you could retain access to the replays forever but replays for 30 days were included in the $47 cost so I wouldn’t waste my money on forever.

Text and verbal agreements are legally binding in Virginia (where the rental is).I really believe she initially intended it to be a year long renewal, as she also remarked she was very happy, as it is only a block walk for her daughter to school.She now has a boyfriend (he hasn’t moved in), and a house they want to move into together, so she is giving notice.

We believe it would be prudent to follow the specific disclosures, timelines, and guidance the utility commission has for water/sewer with gas too.

All in all, I believe the HOA having had first crack at auction, even though the second to file suit, was a blessing in disguise.
