I know this because I always mail myself a piece from the batch to know the batch has gone out, I have not received that piece as of today.I've used YL.com for the last two years which is why I'm still holding out hope this has just been an off year but if this type of customer service continues i'll be looking for another company because this is ridiculous.

I get probably 5 to 10 yellow letter type solicitations a month from the 11 states I work in.. and usually in batch's so I think maybe a guru went through the market within 30 days..

I recently sent out 200 yellow letters to absentee owners who owned homes outright and received 20 responses which was awesome, but because all were investors only 2-3 leads were work exploring further.I'm going to send out a new batch of 200, this time focusing on owner occupants with high equity.

As you pursue these leads, you'll close a few and then you can reinvest some of your profits into higher end services like Lexis Nexus and train someone to upload batch files for processing or outsource the no-hit leads to a pro skip trace service.The reason I advise you approach in this manner is that many people inadvertently become data hoarders but never take any meaningful action on the info they do have.
