Different markets aside, if there are other hungry buyers out there and you have a diamond in the rough, then you gotta do what you gotta do.This is a very flexible arrangement in these situations.

Generally wholesalers in my area don't have deals they are far to skinny. and I don't need them for inventory... but for someone who can't pay cash at an auction and needs time to get a HML or other type of financing a wholesaler at least will give you a little time to get financing arranged..
