This is an industry problem that honestly can be solved by organized analytics and communication. 

Sometimes if you’re too analytical as an agent, you’ll try to convince a buyer not to make an offer on that property his wife loves but doesn’t pencil out.

I for one really enjoy Propstream's property analytics capabilities that can estimate the property value after a flip.

Collect data, stop winging it, and use actual analytics to make your moves and make your desicions.I truly do not understand this honestly.

Welcome Charles ,I think I understand a little what you mean when you describe your investment style , I happen to be partners with a engineer from Chicago who thinks analytically although he is a bit more aggressive I think than yourself , I say this because we really didn't know each other besides outr talks on the phone which transpired through us first meeting on here on Bigger Pockets , so we are now in escrow on our first flip property.

I am very analytical and always stick to set criteria when investing in stocks and I plan to use the same approach in the real estate market. 

Apparently, a lot of the big analytics firms are now predicting that home values will continue to rise next year, but I dunno...
