I've also noticed that a lot of the guys and gals have trained in martial arts which is fantastic, but I hate to remind people if your checking out a building in the seedy side of town and your confronted by a squatter I would not try to physically engage that person (unless your life is on the line), most likely that squatter is crazy and on some type of drugs.
