Having seen with my own eyes drug addicts, alcoholics, ex cons, convicted pedophiles etc., getting "disability" money, when they are perfectly capable of working but don't want to, getting food stamps, taking classes at the community college so they can get free Pell Grants, and student loans that will never be repaid, and none of them have any intention of going to work once school is finished, I know the abuse in the system.

I recently turned 21 but don't party or do anything like that (drugs and alcohol aren't my thing).

I don't understand what's so unforgivable about someone who's barely legal to drink alcohol making a bunch of dumb financial decisions.

We saw the first-hand effects of rampant alcohol abuse that plagues Russian society, as well as Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, Reactive Attachment Disorder, and learning disabilities in our kids.

However, I have also been involved in creating studies where LEED Certification and/or building under green standards, generally can been found to be minimally more money on the front end (Construction) with all  the savings/value on the back end (Consumption, maintenance cost, and resale values) that we would hope to achieve by undertaking a project of this scope.  

A known or unknown bottle of alcohol is on premise, consumed by the transient guest.

Alcohol and tobacco business have no problem with banking.

The meter reads at a consumption of 8753 (gallons?).

Where most people, I suspect, get into trouble is that they do not bankroll the wads for a rainy day, and instead use the returns to either create an empire with too many risky properties, or use it to fuel a consumption lifestyle that isn't warranted with a decent amount of debt to service.
