Now it also compounds pounds too so this is one of the things you got to look at if you're renovating a property slower then your burn rate can eat you alive so if you go do the work yourself as an example where it would take a professional day to hang all the drywall in your home with a large crew if you did it yourself it could take you a month or two and where you saved money on your labor where you would get killed is on your burn rate and so it's very common for people to not pay attention to how much the burn rate is on a home when renovating it whether they're going to flip or hold it.
