I was at a Meetup the other day and they had asked me about if I had countered anybody on my rentals who wasn't supposed to be there and when you call the police they presented a fake lease to the police to prevent them from being kicked out.

it is easy to remove themJust take some guys with you and remove them by force,they won't take you to court cause they have no proof they belong in your property I would not even consider calling the police Waste of time If you treat scam artists and crooks like they deserve they will go awayThey are just looking for a free ride Throw them out,no more problemYes you may end up in court Who cares,those POS squatters are gone

I have had to call the police on them for noise, fighting in the shared driveway, etc over the years and we have some bad blood...I want to make sure if I did buy the property that it's a solid investment, not satisfying a vendetta.
