I was at a Meetup the other day and they had asked me about if I had countered anybody on my rentals who wasn't supposed to be there and when you call the police they presented a fake lease to the police to prevent them from being kicked out.

It was behind a police station and by a fire station How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I have had to call the police on them for noise, fighting in the shared driveway, etc over the years and we have some bad blood...I want to make sure if I did buy the property that it's a solid investment, not satisfying a vendetta.

He has called the police multiple times because of drug activity in the house.

I told her to call the police and get a protection for abuse order from him, as he is a loose cannon.

After reading this conversation, I hope I would call the police.
