Do you know any electricians , plumbers , painters , framing guys , trim carpenters , hvac guys and painters ?

Need cleaning/junk crew, painter, landscaper, flooring and cabinet contacts if anyone out there has any of these I would greatly appreciate it!

The cash flow now enables me to hire a painter or hire a drywall guy.

Paint (mentioned), some quality brushes, a wood filler, little primer to spot prime, painter tape.

That and put painters tape covering up the finish side of where you plan to cut.

I have a painter/Carpenter I highly recommend.

Also, they tend to know all the local vendors that people use, painters, electricians, plumbers, etc.
