Starting off can be difficult and you hit it on the nail.

The floor squeaking could be from nails used vs screws but its a 100 yr old home so this will happen. 

sorry about the delayed respose. you nailed it Colleen F., it is a property management company so these cosigners are very common here.I emailed her and talked to her on the phone, she was very nice and explained that she wasn't going to evict us out of the blue like that, but the somewhat threatening email was just to get a quick response.A false alarm altogether, I think I mostly wanted to know if she even had the legal grounds to kick us out on a whim like that.Thanks for all the replies, I did learn a lot from all of this. :)

The real estate still has plenty of room to grow, just make sure your location is nails or you're in an emerging area that is already built out.

I have already nailed down one goal for this year (being a guest on a podcast) now I am so close to my commercial property and this will add 21 units to my portfolio and accomplish a flip!!!
