@Jim JackSometimes I get it on the phone from seller and sometimes in person, I get the seller on the phone with mortgage co for payoff, and look at PITI on loan book when they mail in mortgage payment

@Jim Jack Ok why did you not say your what I have to assume is a newbie wholesaler LOL @Curt Davis.this is all very rudimentary stuff your asking its obvious you need to hit the books.its just amazing to me the amount of people that try to do deals and do not know even the most basic of basics.BP maybe a beginner site but at least work on getting some info on your own.But to answer you question before you totaly l flame mesimply have your seller give you an authorization to check mortgage status.
