I would say probably about 5-7 appointments per contract. ( this is not hard numbers simply a guesstimate.)  

To sum up, the overall lending environment (from my POV as a fellow borrower) for commercial projects is simply more stringent when compared to residential RE.

You can simply write the property address on it then take a photo and upload to your Quickbooks account.

Sometimes contracts have fatal breaches which give the opposing party the option to simply terminate if a breach of that type happens. 

That in itself is what I think will lawfully determine this.In the end, the amount of time needed to simply go through proceedings for a months rent, and then try to collect it from the landlord isn't worth it in my opinion. 

We simply all respected the space when someone else was cooking.

There has to be a point where no matter how good the weather is, the risk of being mugged, or the proximity to a year round tent city makes you feel so uncomfortable you simply won't go there.

My question, do I wait and see if they will really leave by the 15th of next month or simply pay the $900 to start eviction now (which will still take about 6 weeks to get them out) I am concerned that if I pay the $900 and then they leave 2 days later.
