Inspection (they attended) came back overall very positive with two possible red flags. 

Overall- two goals: (1) Work on my accountability and connect with accountability partners and investors, and, (2) Execute, execute, execute.I'm hoping to attend some conferences and seminars this year.

Oxford house has policies and procedures with 10pm curfew, mandatory AA/NA meeting attendance, job/school attendance, daily house chores so the house should be the cleanest and quietest on the block. 

In 2017, I found Hipster Investments (Ali Boone) and through Hipster attended a webinar hosted by Maverick Investment Group (Matt Bowles, Phil Alexander).

Still looking for someone that is available (ideally local or near to downtown Suffolk) for small jobs and such, that can take care of things that I cannot attend to.

Attending a seminar from a multifamily operator who is actively raising funds and asking their opinion on whether multifamily is good investment is like asking a fox to count the number of chickens in your coop.

The school as a whole has struggled and if the school is struggling attendance drops.

For networking, I think I'll start just by attending a local real estate investor meeting and just listen and meet people, and hand out my business card.
