@Nicholas Morgan I'd take the listing down altogether until you know what is going on, you don't want your listing to get stale especially in the seasonally weak time of Thanksgiving-Christmas.

Oh, and I always send them a Christmas card and a gift certificate for a local coffee shop at the end of the year just to let them know I appreciate their time.
