The reverse mortgage company wants buyout and I dont have over 200k to pay out.

My goal for this year is to flip my first property.

Over the years with rental increase, today these both rent out for $1,350 each for a total of $2,700.

However, we (wife and two kids) own this 3rd deal and want to keep it as our permanent home.
