If I were you I’d look for a subset of a more expensive market.

We don't use Instant Book, which allows us to vet the tenants through their reviews. 

Or taken in escrow.Free and clear you have an asset, you need to answer some numbers, before you make a decision.

It sounds like you may not be cut out to manage rentals in which case you should probably sell.
